Les Collines du Bourdic – Caveau de St Maximim

The winegrowers of COLLINES DU BOURDIC invite you to try their wines in their tasting cellar at St Maximin. Arranged in the former cooperative wine cellar, it carries the “Sud de France” and “Vallée du Rhône Terroirs d’Accueil” quality labels.

The sommelier and her team will share with you their passion for these wines in the very special decor of an old wine vat.

The winegrowers propose around thirty PDO and PGI wines that have regularly received the highest awards for their quality: dry white, rosé or red, varietal or blended, still or sparkling (traditional method), not forgetting the sweet white wines.

The terroir benefits from an exceptional microclimate. Under the Mediterranean sun, these plains and hillsides take nourishment from the Cévennes piedmont plateau, bringing forth the beautifully characteristic freshness of the Collines du Bourdic wines.
